This is to all guys rightly asking questions about the ridiculous steam situation. I have emailed steam to ask them whats going on.
I feel we should all try and get an answer from Sidhe on this, its just so stupid. But I am sure there must be a reason.
It clearly says on the steam page that it will be released Septemeber 2011. It is now the 5th and you still can’t purchase it. I don’t understand why this is as it has been released in Australia and New Zeland but not in the UK. I can understand this in terms of the CD hard copy but the steam version is online! Why can’t we purchase it yet? Do you have an actual date for release?

When is it being released on steam considering the rugby world cup is starting in less then 2 days this seems like a reasonable question and would be nice to give us some feed back

That is as vague as an answer can get Milla. I will probably lose interest in playing this if it released after the world cup and so will many others, that is why I cannot understand why it is not out yet.

Wow whats the hold up with the PC release?!! by the time the pc version is released the hype will be over. Hope you know you’re putting alot people off this game. Some people might even resort to cracked torrent downloads (which I dont agree with) once it does come out just to be spiteful. Strike while the iron is hot! Theres lots of hype now with RWC
I am fed up.. Going to buy Fifa 12 and RWC11. This is absolutely ridiculous

Aside from the obvious platform-related differences the game is the same on PC as on console.
Are we lucky to have the game(set,play) on Steam earlier than on consoles?

Multiplayer is not cross-platform. PC gamers will play other PC gamers only.
