The release date for Australia has been moved up to September 2, meaning that Australian gamers will be able to get their hands on Wallabies Rugby Challenge for both consoles almost a week sooner. The original release date for Wallabies Rugby Challenge was September 8.

I just saw game.co.uk saying 7-10-11, i am going the australia at the end of the week on business so if the price is favourable and nothing extra will be in the UK version I will likely bag a copy out there.

Shame its called Wallabies Rugby Challenge. Would have prefered All Blacks or Jonah Lomu Rugby challenge. The name is only on the front label. The disk only has Rugby Challenge. Gonna print off the All Black label then I’ll be a real happy camper :))

A staggered release strategy, starting in a small market is fine I suppose. Announcing and then missing distribution dates is very poor form.
Seriously why is it released in Australasia sept 2, advertised 9 sept for uk then pushed back till 7 oct (according to amazon website) at this rate NZ will of been done in the 1/4’s or semi’s by the french and the wallabies will of been kicked out by wilko and it’ll all be over bar the shouting before it even gets a release. And why is there no demo been released. The only reason dev’s don’t release a demo is when a game is so shockingly bad it’ll get slatted so they try to cash in and get a game out before the tournament is started let alone over.

I would hurry up and ship it fast, otherwise the World Cup will be over, the need for a rugby game will be satisfied by Rugby World Cup and you’d have missed your chances of more sales. Jesus, it doesnt take a marketing tw@t to work that out.
